The fees include conference materials (bag + pen + notebook, book of abstracts, book of school presentations), conference dinner and school dinner, as well as coffee breaks during the conference and light refreshments during poster session. The Conference and the School are separate events, therefor, one needs to cleary indicate, which event he/shee wants to participate. Respective abstracts (one for conference and one for school) have to be uploaded.
A limited number of participants can be granted a travel and conference grant, but due to rules of the COST programme, this can be provided to the participants of the COST action CM1403 only upon decision of Management Committee. In order to support as many COST participants as possible, the MC may introduce limits for reimbursement. The decision about travel grants will be decided in January 2016.
